    This TV lags worse than dial up internet. Turn it on and watch it think about what to do. Change the channel and by the time it responds you could make a 5 course meal. I’m not sure if it’s the Xumo that sucks or the brand. I’m returning it.

    Worse T.V. ever, It doesn't acknowlege my recieve, just an HDMI connection, It talks to you and there is nowhere in settings to disable it. I would never recommend this brand for anything! As for Target Corp. Horrible! They take the product back and then never issue a refund! When you call Customer Service you have to say please and thank you sir or maam if you don't they will end the call with zero resolution. One pathetic product sold by a pathetic corporation! Both should be a -10 stars

    Bough this bc it was cheap and to replace an old slow Samsung TV. Now I have a new slow TV, it’s so slow, you turn it ok it takes time to turn on, at first I thought it was the remote but not it’s the TV. It disconnects from WiFi all the time and only connects after various attempts. The display is always dark

    I purchased this on a deal of the day sale and used a $20 off coupon. $159 for a 55” it seemed too good to be true. Our 11 year old TV broke and we needed something affordable asap. It has a decent picture. Not great, not horrible. Picture about on par with my 11 year old TV - a little worse which you wouldn’t expect since technology has improved. For a smart TV, it is very laggy. It buffers often going to a black screen and circle (see photo). The speakers don’t get loud even on max volume. It could probably use an external speaker although not sure we could use a wireless one since it’s so laggy. Less than a month in, we have had issues with the remote not responding. We have had to unplug, turn on by hand, and then hope and pray the remote reconnects because you can’t do anything besides turn on and off without the remote. 3 stars only because with the price of $159 for a 55” I didn’t expect it to be fantastic. I would be very disappointed if I paid more than that.

    We bought this tv on cyber monday online...I got it for $168 and thought I got a great deal. About a week after I got it, Hulu was continuing to buffer while our other tv's were all fine on the same account. I'm not sure what the issue is but is there anything I can do?
