Nice illustrations throughout the book and a great wrap-around dust jacket illustration all by Gris Grimly. Other than that, the text of the book is pretty much the movie verbatim with a few added lines of dialog that really didn't add to my enjoyment of it. A nice looking book to add to one's Halloween library collection.

I can tell a lot of care went into publishing this version of “Hocus Pocus” The illustrations are captivating, the writing style is detailed and marvelous… wonderful collectors item and will be revisiting this book every Halloween. Must have for fans of Hocus Pocus.
