These cupcakes were so fun to make with my kids and they were surprisingly the most delicious cupcake I’ve ever had! They are tricky to decorate if you want them to look perfect, but we didn’t care about that. Target, make more of these kits for year round baking, please! :)

With zero talent at making and decorating cupcakes, I made 2 boxes and instead of using normal cupcake size I did mini cupcakes. It doesn’t come with the liners so don’t forget to grab some. It was easy to make but when it comes to decorating it looked easier than it is - I learned some lessons. If I could do it again I would refrigerate the colored icing while I was baking so they wouldn’t drip. I also would lay out the marshmallows and do the faces on the marshmallow first so it doesn’t drip and then add it to the white icing after they’re a little hardened. They are very adorable and have a lot of personality so I would buy them again!
