A: I can't see all of your question, but the booklet that comes with says you can't use both functions (the warmer and the charger) at the same time.

A: It comes with a short USB charging cable, which won't work to charge your device unless it's an older android.

I only received one handwarmer, which for this price seems ridiculous. I believe the title of this item is very misleading and they need to clearly state that it is only one handwarmer. That is why I am giving it a one star and will be returning.

These don't seem to hold a charge very long they take a while to charge. They do warm up quite a bit, but then they die really fast so I would not buy them, but I'm also always cold.

It’s getting cooler out now so it’s useful while waiting for the bus. It does get really warm. As for charging a phone, he says it’s ‘okay’. The battery isn’t large compared to other chargers available, but it does the job. It feels nice in your hand. Asked if he’s going to keep using it, he says ‘Yes’. So this is a winner.

This hand warmer is the perfect size to warm all my fingers. It's long lasting, which has been a problem for me in the past. This hand warmer is well made and rechargeable. I love that it's a powerband too so in the summer when my hands are fine, I have an extra portable charger. Oh, and this gets nice and toasty too!
