I bought this chair to finally replace the uncomfortable wooden one I had been sitting in to do my work. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first with the lack of reviews, but, It was worth it in the end. It's soft, comfortable to sit in, and gets decently hot. Admittedly, I don't use the massage feature as much as the heat, but it does work, and works well. Assembly was fairly easy too. Overall, I'd say its a decent chair to have. I'm perfectly happy with it.
