Q: Can this securely withstand a fully set up ten gallon aquarium on top?

A: We are not sure of the weight of your ten-gallon aquarium. The tabletop of our sideboard can support up to 22 lbs. The dimensions of the tabletop are approximately W58 x D16 inches for your reference.
