My favorite cart, love the white casters and the mesh metal

I reached out to your company on July 31, 2023 regarding the missing piece to my cart. I am only able to use 3 of the 4 wheels for the cart and I am very disappointed with this purchase. This was my third purchase of this product and not being able to properly put it together was disappointing. I hope you consider replacing the product or refunding my money.

This arrived as open-box from someone's return center. The listing should have stated that fact. Fortunately, all parts were there, but the box was crumpled, packages opened, etc. The wheels were nearly impossible to attach. I'm sure many have broken in the process. I'm keeping this because it does suit my purpose, and reasonably stable. However, it's overpriced. I wouldn't buy another.

One thing I really liked was that it had a guard on the back of each shelf so my items couldn’t easily fall off from behind, great feature! It has wheels making it easy to maneuver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little cart is good for storage and actually holds quite a bit. I am using it to store my coffee pods and extra kitchen items. I only gave it 3 stars though because it's not very durable. When I was putting it together, one of the shelves bent when just a little pressure was applied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The entire cart was very straightforward to assemble and was a one person job. The actual metal material itself is actually very nice and sturdy. I am able to put a lot of weight into the individual shelves and they won't bend at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is working out great in my spare bathroom. It was easy to put together and I truly believe anyone could do it. I wouldn't recommend placing anything real heavy on these shelves but I have towels, washcloths, extra toilet tissue, tissues and few other bathroom supplies on it and it's perfect! The wheels allow it roll freely and smoothly when moving it and when in place, they lock so it won't roll on you. The coating seems to be good on this and I don't foresee it chipping off and rusting. Overall, very please with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of this Honey-Can-Do wire cart is perfect. The three shelves are spacious and have little barriers to make sure things don't roll off the side. The wire surface is easy to clean. The wheels roll the cart around easily and even have a little lock when you want it to stay in place. It was pretty easy to assemble too. I'm taking off one star because the finish was a little sloppy. There are yellow stains around the joints that I can't seem to clean off, and there are parts of the wire mesh where raw edges are sticking out and sharp.

Looks cute but be careful while building it... it will bend easily and turn out lopsided.

Save your money! Total manufacturing issue. The holes dont line up and it's impossible to put it together properly. Too much work to return so have to keep it and use without the bottom shelf.

Bought this as a side cart for some art supplies and my printer. My printer fits PERFECTLY, the shelves have nice little enclosures and it goes w my small desk space so well.easy to put together. The side support is a little bendy, but it was pretty cheap compared to other options I was considering so it wasn't that big of a deal.
