These things are delicious and a great fuel source. They are soy free which can be a difficult thing to find. They feel like an absolute treat whether on a trail or just and a mid afternoon snack when you have a big run planned after work. They are a little pricey though.
Salt + natural sugars + filling nuts/seeds = a total win

When I'm feeling low on energy, the salt on the nuts and the honey sweet hit me better and faster than either could do alone. Then, the nourishing nuts and seeds help me feel full so I can tackle the next task and make it to dinner without the need for repeated snacks.
