Both sensors fail to connect from the 2 pack while the one sensor that came with the T9 connects just fine. Will change my review of I can get this remedied.

Being able to prioritize our bedroom at night makes more comfortable to sleep with a more constant temperature.

Works great but needs a stand for mounting. Thankfully I am an engineer with a 3D printer and created my own. Most users don't have this option, I don't want to mount to the wall, it works great on top of my dresser

Great at balancing the airflow and temperature in different rooms of the home, depending on the usage. We were initially reluctant but glad we got it. Really happy but wish they had built in rechargeable batteries as well.

As usual these days, there was no documentation other than how to install these sensors. The app leave a lot to be desired and no documentation so you are just supposed to fuss around until you get it right. Who knows if you are actually taking full advantage with these sensors.

Really great product overall . I however recently ran into a problem when the battery ran low. The sensor began sending notifications 3 at a time every 30 minutes. The notification is great however there is no way to remotely disable the sensor. The unit is at my cottage which I will not be able to physically get to for a week. The only way to shut the notifications down is by physically changing the battery or disabling at the thermosat. Apparently it cannot be done remotely. Hopefully they will upgrade the software to change this in the future. Other than that this is a fantastic product. I would have given it 5 stars but now it drops to 4

I bought it for change the google one which never was working stable. Is working great for my 2 level home and keep the temperature which I require.

Likes: I love the concept and the fact it uses AAA batteries. We have it in our baby's room and button batteries which are commonly found in other similar products are a no, no around kids. Issues: The sensors readings aren't readily available on the app or thermostat. You have to navigate through the sensors section and select the sensor before you can see the readings. Also, it seems to be +/- 1.5 degrees F. Disappointed it only shows whole numbers and not decimals. I see no specifications on accuracy or how often/when it pulls the sensor readings. I don't believe it to be a continuous pull as this would drain the batteries. Will be reaching out to customer support.

Installed this at my son's multilevel townhouse. Couldn't be happier with it. The remote sensors allow the ability to control the comfort of indoor climate by the zones that are occupied and in use. This is a significantly better solution for the existing homes versus retrofitting with expensive and difficult to maintain "controlled dampering".

I can’t see how this setup will work as Even if I put one of the remote units in every room the air conditioner is still going to try to cool the whole house down to match one room. Unless there is someway to turn off the vents in a particular room then this is not going to work from what I can tail I may be wrong but please explain
