Q&A(10)

Q: Functionally, what is the intended difference between the quiet set series and the turbo series?

submitted by Ken - 10 months ago
  • A: Thank you for your inquiry. The QuietSet series is designed for quieter operation with multiple speed settings, ideal for quieter environments or nighttime use. The Turbo series, like the Turbo Force fans, focus on powerful airflow, often with fewer speed settings but higher velocity, suited for those needing stronger airflow. Q: What does 2 in 1 mean?

submitted by Leah - 6 years ago
  • A: Thank you for your inquiry. The 2 in 1 is in reference to this unit having 2 different fans. The top fan is a small, directed Turbo fan that can pivot at different angles to help provide circulation. The lower fan is the tower fan that provides a comforting and cooling breeze. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact our consumer relations team by emailing us at SocialSupport@HelenofTroy.com. Thank you.

Q: How is the oscillation mechanism assembled? Metal or plastic? I have had my fan for 6 days and now it isn't oscillating anymore. I can actually hear a piece of loose material in it now. I am guessing it is cheap plastic and broke.

submitted by Not Oscillating - 6 years ago
  • A: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please email us at SocialSupport@HelenofTroy.com so we can assist you with your fan.
