I wore this for half a day and it started to pill terribly, right on front of the belly where visible. I saw the reviews about the pilling but I expected it to at least last a couple of washes. It didn't even last an entire day and looks terrible. Really bummed!

so I’m giving two stars because I liked the way it looked initially but even just wearing it for two hours it already had pilling on it. unfortunately I cannot wear this again it looks like I’ve had it for years. I don’t usually write reviews but pilling drives me crazy so here’s your warning!

When I found this sweater at Target in store I didn't even realize it was maternity. All the sections in my store jumble together, I thought it was cute so I tried it on. I INSTANTLY FELL IN LOVE. I am very picky about the fabric of my sweaters and this is soft and washes well (I have washed twice) with no pilling. Pilling comes from friction so I wash it inside out in a mesh garment bag with my laundry, gentle detergent and hang to dry. I am about to buy the grey one!

I splurged on both the top and bottoms as a comfortable maternity/ post partum outfit but after one wash (cold water on gentle and hung to dry) it's completely piled and looks awful. Definitely not worth the price.
