I prefer to purchase refurbished, but this was my first experience with Target Plus. I am very pleased with this unit - it was packaged well to ensure it "arrived alive", it came with all attachments and a bottle of cleaning solution. I would highly recommend this item.

This refurbished version came dirty; it was not cleaned properly. There was a human hair inside the machine, which was kind of gross. In addition, the soap bottle came empty, and there were no instructions. Avoid this refurbished version.
