I am on a strict no sugar diet for health reasons. I purchased this meat because the nutrition said 0 sugar and 0 added sugar; however, upon reading the ingredients it states less than 2% turbinado sugar.

I really enjoy this salami. I have always bought Oscar Meyer's salami before, but the changed the way it tastes now...it's more oily and just weird in general. I switched to this brand and it's been pretty good and consistent in taste.

I make sandwiches with ham, cheese, salami and lettuce with mustard and shaved onions on a kaiser roll. Yummy. I also make quick appetizers by layering slices of salami and cream cheese and cut into pie shaped wedges. Skewer with a toothpick and half cherry tomato.
