Hailing from Tequila, Jalisco in Mexico, Hornitos Tequila (named after the “little ovens” used to roast agave) was introduced to the world in 1950 by our founder Don Francisco Javier Sauza in honor of Mexican Independence Day.

I drink my Tequila neat at room temp. I've been drinking Tequlia for forty years and have tried more than a dozen Tequilas of all grades and prices. I have a different view of what a Tequlia should be. I don't care for smooth buttery Anejo Tequlia. I like a crisp Tequila with a finish at the end of my tongue and just a little in the throat. The Hornitos Cristalino is a very smooth Tequlia with a full tongue palate with just enough finish in the throat and crispness at the end of the tongue. At less than $40 dollars it is a very good value. If you like Terremana or most of the silver or blanco Tequilas you will enjoy this. I purchased a bottle of Don Julio 70 Cristialino for $100 and think the Hornitos is every bit as good at less than half the price. Salud.

I tried Hornitos Cristalino on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. It's smooth and has a great taste. Definitely worth trying.

I use this to mix with Simply Grapefruit or Simply Orange for fantastic NEET Paloma or Tequila Sunrise drinks. Superb!

Hornitos Anejo use to be my cabinet tequila. I tried a bottle of Cristalino and wow was I pleasantly surprised. For the price this is my favorite tequila.

Bought bottle tonight a a large convenience store. Wasn't sure what to get. Picked up Hornitos Cristalino anejo tequila. Wow, first shot, very impressed. Seriously. Smooth, flavorful and great taste. It has some great complexities in the flavors. I usually buy higher shelf tequilas for sipping but SOOO glad I grabbed this. I seriously think it is my new go to. It's too bad its not for sale in stores super near me. If you can trust an anonymous review from a guy on the Internet, Give this a try. I can promise you won't regret it.

i got this as a free shot for my bday at a restaurant i frequent. not a big fan of hornitos but i have to say that this tequila is one of the smoothest ive had compared to other anejos that cost $100 this is a great choice will be buying a bottle for myself.
