I love these trays but this particular one was a miss for me. The meat is not spicy and the bread was just gross, bad flavor, texture and I honestly expected more for the ratio with cheese and meat. The cheese however is delightful.

One of the few beef free options (I’m allergic)! Lots of the charcuterie snacking trays are beef or a mix including beef. The combination is tasty and easy to eat on the go. Only thing that should change is more of the crostini! Some packages had 4, some had 3 and that’s just not proportional to the amount of meat and cheese (lol).

The best one!!!! All the comments talk about the cheese. It’s Asiago. It’s supposed to be sharp and dry. It’s the best little board for the money!

There are only four crackers. The cheese is way way way too strong and the meat has very little flavor. Tossed it out after a few bites. I enjoy the other good and gather snack plates, but do not get this one.

I thought this was delicious! Sure, the Asiago smell is a bit strong, so not for a small workplace or car ride, but taste was great (or quiet place, the toast are super crunchy, as they should be). Some reviews mention the ratio but as big as the crostini are, they could easily hold more than one piece.

Just as other reviews have said, this is not good. The meat is plastic-y and the cheese doesn’t taste right. The crackers were the only thing I ate to get my “moneys worth”

The asiago tastes like baby throw up, the crackers like packing peanuts, and the calabrese like spineless pepperoni. Send me a text. I will help you make a product 1000x better than this refuse that’s only .29 cents less than Hillshire.

The ratio of meat and crostini to cheese is definitely skewed. If you don’t love the cheese, you probably won’t love this. The asiago does have a very strong pungent flavor that lingers once you’ve finished it.
