The 24K Gold Technology is superb - the barrels distribute the heat uniformly, making my waves last for a few days. I highly recommend anything from the Hot Tools line!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really loving this hair tool! It is very well made and makes beautiful natural looking waves. The build quality is excellent. It has a swivel cord to keep from tangling during use. The power button must be held for a few seconds to turn it on (which slightly confused me at first, haha) but what a great safety feature especially if you have little kids. In addition, I love the digital temp setting! How cool to set the exact temp that you are wanting! The waves this creates are perfectly sized – loose and mermaidy. This makes much prettier waves than other wavers I have tried. After I am done, my hair looks so shiny and vibrant! I have not seen any damage at all from using this tool. I really like that this does not leave an indentation on my hair as long as you simply hold it at certain angle. Great hair tool that has replaced my other waver as my go to!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must admit I was fascinated by this product. It seemed impossible for someone to use in home. I was amazed at how easy it actually is to use. Instead of rolling your hair, put it in the barrel's and heat for a few seconds to get fabulous waves. Overlap the bottom wave next time for them to blend together. Start with lowest setting for a few seconds until you figure out the temperature you need. The two barrels are 1" to give bouncy waves. There's an easy to read digital temperature display so you can adjust to the temperature you desire. It goes to 450© for all hair types. This is my favorite hair styler for sure.

It is so easy to use and makes styling my hair so much faster when I am in a hurry. The fact that it heats up so fast really helps cut down the time it takes to style my hair. The outcome was beautiful and much easier for me on a time constraint, especially since I have very long hair. The safety shut off feature is great, but I wish it would cut off a little faster, but none the less an added benefit.

I like that this has temperature controls so I don’t completely fry my hair and it was comfortable to hold, but I was really excited about the possibility of beachy waves and after spending much time growing through my whole head of hair I wasn’t as impressed with the results as when I just use a straightener to create waves. I like the idea of the product but maybe it’s just not for my kind of hair? The two hour shut off safety feature is what made my review 4 instead of 3 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This curling iron is great for a funky, slightly 80's style..I was hoping it would give me more of a beachy look without the effort of using a regular curling iron or straightener. It kind of did, and was definitely easier to use. I think I need more practice.

SO, my hair around my face is longer and I can see that this tool would do great waves for longer hair all over. You really need to be able to do at least 2-3 widths for each section to see the effects. In the back, my hair is only neck length so just looked silly. LOL! But I think if you have longer hair, and want to have some wavy aesthetics, this would be a great tool! Recommending for long hair, not short.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not great with hairstyling tools, mostly because I’m impatient when it comes to using them because I have kids running around and so when it comes to doing my hair it need something that is easy and quick to use but makes my hair look decent. This definitely checks these boxes. For starters this heats up so fast I have thick coarse hair so I set it to the highest setting (430) and it heats up in about a minute or two. Using this kinda reminds me of a crimping iron when you section off your hair and just put your hair between the metal parts and hold, I did mine about twenty seconds and depending on how big of waves you want you can space them out or overlap the waves and they actually come out looking really good without making your hair feeling like it’s getting too hot or frizzy. Because of the design and the heating I can pretty much do my whole head in about 15/20 minutes, my hair is a bit past the shoulders and thick. Also this is great if you just want to add volume to your hair by just using on the bottom layer on your hair which is great for if you have thin hair. Overall I’m really happy with this and would definitely recommend.

I love the temperature controls it's been fun to play around and see what temperature my hair likes the most. The waves lasted for so long when my hair normally doesn't like to hold a curl so that was a pleasant surprise. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it leaves a line when I try and get it closer to my scalp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been a fan of the brand Hot Tools. It's no surprise to me that I feel in love with this 3 barrel hair waver. It's simple to use and heats up very quickly. Be careful because you only need to leave in one spot for about 6 seconds. I set it to 375 myself. This iron can heat up to 450. It has a safely shut off after 2 hours. So if you leave the house in a rush and forget it'll shut off after 2 hours. It also has an 8 foot cord so you have plenty of length. I would absolutely recommend.

I didn't think it was going to hold all day but I was surprised that it actually stayed with no hair spray added.

I was shocked by that! The only reason I give this product a 4 out of 5 stars is because I can NOT figure out how to not get a very noticeable "clamp crease" towards the top of my head when I use it.

It disperses heat evenly and has a low enough setting that it doesn’t damage my 1a hair. The temperature dial does have a locking feature, but I still find that I’m bumping (and inadvertently unlocking) it. I just use a little bit of texturizing spray, use the waver, and then I have soft, beachy waves that last for two days!
