Q: Can you use regular hot wheel cars with this track ?
A: Vehicles that work best on Hot Wheels Track Sets are regular 1:64 scale sports cars or sedans. Some playsets are themed and have a 5-pack of 1:64 cars sold separately that are meant to go with the set.
submitted byMattel Consumer Services - 5 years agoBrand expertA: I works surprisingly well. Some don't work though. The shorter the vehicle, the more likely it is to work. Things like fire trucks won't work. Also, cars with tapered front ends work better.

Q: Does this toy take batteries
A: It's hilarious that Fisher-Price Customer Care is incorrect. It DOES require batteries. I have the set, and it says it clearly on the box in the sample artwork.

Q: Is this for 2 players?
A: Two people can play with this. Load 2 karts into the launchers and turn on the booster to launch them into action around the track and through the inverted loop.

Q: What other Hot wheels or Hot Wheel Mario tracks are compatible to add on to this Mario kart circuit racetrack? I bought this for my grandson for his birthday and it stated n box you can add to it. I would like to do that for Christmas.
