I’m hesitant about doing anything technical but installing the HP inkjets was so easy after watching video giving instructions. Love being able to print airline tickets and other QRs.

I was able to print a few printing jobs before the message remove and reinstall ink cartridge came up on my printer. I have tried several times to remove the black cartridge with no luck of improving the problem.

Like the fact that I can get both cartridges in one package at a slightly reduced cost. The cartridges are easy to install and I have always had success with them for printing. I have tried the odd “knock off” but came back to the original as it was higher quality and it was better value in the end. The shipping was easy, timely and free with my orders. The only downside is I wish the print lifecycle was a bit longer to reduce the need for changing them as often as this would reduce the environmental impact. I have reduced my need for printing which might offset that impact as well.
