For awhile I stopped buying ink for all my HP printers because the website was not working. Someone decided to fix the problems and now you can order ink cartridges EASY AND FAST. Thank you. I am glad to be back

I really don't know how the ink cartridge will perform because following installation my printer no longer speaks to my computer. The wifi is connected and I can print a test page using the printer menu, but I am unable to print from computer files like Word. It worked just fine before the installation. I have never had this problem with other printers.

I had a low indicator of ink and could not print in any color until this was re-filled. I purchased the 962 black and then was getting a outage on blue. I purchased the blue and the printer will not clear and allow me to print. I have since made a purchase of a new printer that is toner based.
