Window 11 is not a friendly program to their new user like. There are so many hidden function keys behind the background. Wasting a lot of time to figure what to do next. Unable to install my new scanner. System requires me to install a new driver for installation. Window 10 was so much easy to manage. It took me less than an hour to complete the job. I have spent almost a week still didn't get this done. How amazing! Absolutely frustrated indeed. I miss my Window 10!
Very valuable product

Unfortunately it only lasted 1 day and then totally died. On the plus side when it was working it was really nice. Good screen size, clear graphics and well built feel. I know things can fail but I'm also a little disappointed by the communications and systems surrounding the support. Using the online chat was extremely slow, 10 minutes nearly for a message reply. When I did get someone in person, they were really good. However again I opted for a replacement as I did like the computer when it worked but there has been zero communications on update, replacement progress etc. All I'm told is I'll get an email when it is being delivered. I had sent the faulty one back and it was received a week without any acknowledgement apart from postal confirmation. I had to ring to make sure it was progressing OK. There is nothing online for me to see regards my replacement. When I speak to people they are very helpful and friendly, as I said the systems and communications surrounding support and replacement are very poor. I should be able to see how the replacement is progressing online and I should have been communicated with regards receipt of damaged goods. I'll leave a better review when I get a working one.

Computer had boot problems within a week of using. I would be working on something then it would show the blue screen. Upon restarting, the laptop would say it could not find a hard drive. No diagnosing steps would work. If it wasn’t that error, I got the CMOS checksum is invalid. The fix was to disconnect and reconnect the SSD. I haven’t had any issues yet since then.

At first I didn’t believe that such a powerful machine could be priced at a very competitive price but well not everybody can do that. It’s been couple of weeks testing the laptop and it hasn’t let me down, it is fast, graphics are good, the touch screen works perfect specially while writing notes on meetings.
Poor laptop for the price

The laptop might be lightweight but the issue lies in the fact that the keyboard is smaller and the speakers only the side instead of maximising the space on the laptop which would make it more user-friendly. The trackpad is very difficult to utilise correctly and I am the identification of facial recognition is inconsistent. I would recommend thinking about Alyssa spec and look at more at how well the keyboard and trackpad are going to function

This laptop offered a great balance of price - particularly seeing as though it was on sale, quality and features. Being able to get it with a 3yr warranty gives great piece of mind too.
