I have used HP products for over 30 years and I still think they make a quality product. After having Officejet Pro's for many years, this is my first laser jet and I'm very happy with it. It's fast, efficient and very clean. The print is sharp and precise, the colors vibrant and best of all, no damp pages. So far, it's proven invaluable in my home office. I would recommend this product.

This printer performs very well. Prints beautifully and fast. The setup instruction is a little sparse. Also could use a better integration/instruction for HP ink subscription. But overall it is a very good color laser printer at a very good price.

Setup was very simple but the connection to the internet and the app took a little bit to complete. Overall it is a very easy printer to use. I have printed simple text documents as well as detailed flyers for music events and the images were clean and detailed even on regular paper. I would absolutely recommend this printer to someone looking for a quality printer with minimal cost. The toner tray makes changing ink simple. And with the size of the toner cartridges they will last for a while. Printing from your phone is great from the app. And the app will allow you to setup auto shipments for ink. There are also multiple options to connect the printer to your home internet via Wi-Fi or ethernet cable. Over I like the printer and its options and absolutely recommend the printer.

The color is rich and the detail is outstanding. I often have to make multiple copies and the 3201dw ensures the originals are true to color with great clarity. It prints very quickly and the user interface is intuitive. Everything needed for the initial set up is included and the directions are easy to follow. Exceptional printer!

He tells me this is designed for small business and up to 7 people can share the printer. I say it is designed for people like me who love to print photos, make greeting cards and even brochures. The colors are bright and true with excellent clarity. I really love that it does 2 sided printing without my having to do anything beyond setting it to do so. I have no issues sending print jobs from my phone or computer. He says the phone app can be used to scan things' and even send a fax, is that still a thing?? Any way in summation it is an excellent printer for business and home use and I simply love it. Highly recommend you go grab yours now.

I like that it allows for double sided printing so I can save paper. Unlike my old printer, it doesn’t jam and makes printing so easy.

I am pleased to say that it runs more smoothly and generates even better prints than the older version. It was easy to set up to work wireless. I also like the white color is comes in. A little noisy when it's printing but only last for about 15 seconds per page. I also like the touch screen menu which tilts for optimal viewing.

We needed a replacement printer for an older one that broke and decided to try a color laser jet for longevity and speed. The WiFi connectivity was a must with multiple people in the household needing to printing from their devices. The connectivity is seamless, allowing us to print from anywhere in the house using the HP app, which has proven to be incredibly user-friendly. We’ve been very pleased with the quality for school projects as well as when I need it for professional use. However, the print speed is really what makes this printer stand out from others. It is impressively fast, making our printing tasks quick and efficient. This is essential in a household where we often need to print documents that are comprised of several pages for both personal and professional use. I also appreciate the auto 2-sided printing and the large 250-sheet input tray, which saves us time and hassle. Overall, the Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw printer’s performance and reliability is perfect for our needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For as long as I can remember, HP has been synonymous with quality and excellence in printers, both ink and laser. The HP Color Laser Jet Pro 3201dw is no exception. I set up my printer using a WiFi connection, both USB cable and Cat5 are also available options though the cables are not included. It found my WiFi immediately and walked me through the setup process, quickly and without issue. There is a small LCD screen on the front of the printer that allow you to find and modify settings and also notifies you of any issues as well as paper available and status of toner cartridges.. The printer is capable of using a variety of paper sizes such as Letter and Legal as well as others. It has a little confusing, but neat feature with print trays. It reports it has 2 print trays, but one of them is actually a one paper sheet slot. This allows you to use a different paper type such as color without having to make any changes to the main tray. Another advanced feature that I find very cool, is the android and IOS app "HP Smart". This allows you to use your phone to perform functions such as printing documents and photos, but cooler is that you can use it to scan documents and my favorite, Mobile Fax. Mobile Fax allows you to send a fax from your phone and for the time being there is no charge for this service. All and all, what can I say, It is an HP!

So no scanning, etc. aside from that fact it’s my first laser and I have to say I’m nothing but impressed with both the quality of the print as well as the speed and vibrancy of the color. I’ve done documents and photos, and they shoot out immediately. I also like how it has 2 drawers for different paper sizes and types. Works great printing from my mobile devices as well as my Mac’s. I’d recommended this printer if you’re not needing all of the other office features that this device lacks.

The printer Is very fast, I press print in one room and by the time I walk into the printer room it is in the tray waiting for me! The printing is so crisp not smudged at all and pictures seem to jump off the page. Everything really pops on the page . Just a wonderful machine .

I was nervous to take down my old HP black and white laser printer and replace it with this one... but excited at the same time. My old printer was loyal, never had an issue, and was SO old. To my surprise, installation of this new printer was a cinch. I'm able to connect to it wirelessly from my phone, from my work laptop, from my husband's laptop in another office. It's amazing. I didn't know what to expect with the color ink. It's pretty cool how the drawer comes out and there's an ink cartridge for every single color main color - pink, cyan, yellow, black. It reminds me of an old office color copier... BUT.. without the headache and hassle of replacing the cartridge ink. Nothing will spill on me. I don't have to change clothes or avoid wearing white! lol The printing capability of being able to print two sided without issue is amazing. The amount of paper I will save is amazing. Unlike my older printers, this printer will update the software using the wireless capability. I chose to auto update, and I don't even have to think about it! It's awesome to be able to have the most up to date capabilities without any work on my side. Unlock a former inkjet printer, the ink is dry when it comes off the printer instantly. No worries. If you can't tell by now, I'm impressed.... again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After starting a small home business that required label printing, I decided a laser printer would probably be the best way to go, but I was very put off by the prices of laser ink cartridges when compared to inkjet. When I saw the HP 3201dw I felt the price of the printer was worth the gamble and decided to jump on board. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that while more expensive the black xl laser cartridge can print 3,100 pages so despite the high price this still made it a good value. The first thing I noticed when the printer arrived was the size and weight, this thing is large and heavy. I was actually a little concerned my flimsy printer stand would not be able to handle it. Once I got it out of the box and made a space for it, the setup was surprisingly easy. I have always had to download large software packs and jump through hoops to install a printer, but with this one, all I had to do was connect it to WIFI and search for it on my windows printer and scanner application. I was able to find the printer and connect within minutes. After a quick software update, I was printing my first sheet. This printer is FAST! I had 5 pages printed before I even realized it, I honestly thought the printer had paused to think, but no it was done! I love the easy auto feed front tray for using different types of papers. This tray comes in really handy for me because I print out a lot of label stickers and usually do different-sized sheets. All I have to do is feed the sheet into the little slot, select the tray and it prints my sheets without fail. I had no plans to download the app for my phone, but I decided to try it out and was very happy to find that I can utilize my phone as a scanner with the app. I thought I had lost the ability to scan. Overall, I am really enjoying this printer as an easy-to-use, no-frills, entry-level laser printer. I love that it is not complicated by excessive buttons or even a touch screen, it does exactly what I need it to do for my small home business and it does it well.
