This moped is designed for a very small child. A larger 3 year old will be going very slow on this. Highly recommend a 12V instead. I bought a faster one and I’m returning this. Would be good for my daughter when 1.5 maybe but I would worry about them being able to understand how to use it . It goes VERY slow like 1 MPH very weak battery.

Bought this gift for my 1.5 year old and it was such a disappointment. The car did not accelerate when pressing the pedal and it was fully charged. Sometimes it would go for a few seconds then it would stop working. Also, contacted customer service and was instructed to either replace the part or exchange for new one.

Fully charged doesn't accelerate the back tire just spins. Ridiculous. No wonder why you can only find them in Target. This model is bad

Ours was missing a lot of stickers and runs loudly, making it difficult for child to hear Minnie. Only after assembling did we realize it was designed for children under 3 years old. The main reason we're returning is because the wheels offer very little to no traction. Hoping we find another in this design that can accomdate our child for a longer period, offers slightly faster speed (though this was perfect for 3 and under, without requiring a helmet), includes a reverse function, and, of course, provides better traction.

I bought 2of these for two of my grand daughters both 1 and a half yrs of age There was missing parts for both of them There were notes in the box instructing customers to call before returning to store This tells me they already know there are problems with this item The 1-800 number is a joke No one answers The manual that came with it is in spanish Unfortunately I do not speak spanish Im returning both to Target Too much of a hassell and my grands are very unhappy about it!

I bought this item two weeks ago as a Christmas gift for my 2-year-old. Finally, open the box to get it ready to be placed under the Christmas tree to discover that this item was previously used and missing the charger. I will not be ordering from Target online ever again.
