The first bike we ordered online came with a piece cracked. Returned to the store no problem and got another one, was almost done putting it together just to find out the left pedal was threaded incorrectly and would not screw in. Brought that one back to the store and got the pedal out of another one in stock and that one would not screw in either. Moved on to a different model

The left pedal on all bicycles is threaded the opposite direction. This is so it doesn't come unscrewed while pedaling.

This was my daughter's first big girl bike without training wheels. During her first ride, the pedals stopped turning. With brute strength, I forced the pedals to turn. I adjusted and attached the chain and oiled it up and hoped for the best. The 4th and final ride, the pedals became stiff and the chain kept popping off. The pedal axle was wobbly and became loose. We had to walk back half a mile in the heat cause I couldn't keep the chain on the sprocket. Never will buy Huffy again cause now my older daughter's mountain bike is falling apart.

Two broken bikes

First bike had the frame broken. Fortunately target took it back and gave us a new one. Now, four months later, the chain keeps snapping off while my daughter is riding. It is basically unusable now. I can’t return it to target, so hoping that huffy honors their warranty. In the meantime I have a very sad 4 yr old

Bought it for my large 3 year old and the handbars are so wide, they're almost as wide as my large adult bike. my tall large toddler can't hold onto it correctly. compared the width to her brothers bike which is also a 12" bike like this one and the handlebars are way wider than his. VERY upset, HUGE waste of money since i can't return. (bought it too far in advance to her birthday.)

Super cute bike, easy to assemble. The plastic on the chain guard was broken when we got it and the tire isn't holding air. Pumped up tires when we assembled bikes and tire was flat today when my child went to ride it.
