This product is amazing. I always had clumps in the shower drain after showering & no more. My hair feels thicker & baby hairs showed up almost immediately. Best thing about it is the results are quick I noticed a difference so fast right away within a week & only 1 pill to take every morning. I love it & even helped my nails shred less.

I shaved my head back in April and my hair was growing in pretty normal for the first few months with just rosemary oil on the scalp but after using this for 3 months... my hair seriously has gotten thicker and grown faster. I will be using this for a long time! I hope they don't change the formula. Love that it also contains enough B12 that I can get rid of my other stuff that just turns my pee yellow. I don't get this from Hum Hair capsles, so I assume my body is actually able to absorb it and not just create expensive urine!

This product was gifted by HUM Nutrition in exchange for my honest opinions. I was interested to try this product because my hair has become a little thinner and I wanted to make sure that I am doing all that I can to keep my hair healthy. I like these vitamins a lot. I appreciate that they are vegan and don't contain any unnecessary ingredients. I also like that the results are backed by a clinical study. I just started taking the vitamins so I haven't noticed any change just yet, but regardless, I'm happy to know that I am getting enough nutrients like vitamin B12 and zinc to keep me and my hair healthy.

After several years of hair dye and heat damage my hair has become very damaged and it has made my hair fall out and is very hard to grow out. These Hair Strong capsules gifted by HUM have great ingredients and are tested to improve hair growth. The capsules are small and you only need to take one per day. I have been taking one capsule night of the HUM Nutrition Hair Strong supplement for about a week now, and I have noticed a small difference in my hair. This is gifted by HUM. The bottle is pink color and it’s very light and easy to carry. The capsule is gray and small. I believe that it works on my hair! Need more time to see if it’s really good!!! Will try other products later!

I have been trying these diligently and I have not had any issues with any aftertaste or digestion. I was used to having gummy’s earlier, but now I realize that the sugar and the gummy‘s can be avoided by using a pill instead of a gummy so I am really happy with these pills and, I do not have any issues whether I have it before my food or my food intake .
