Book Synopsis

NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER

For the first time, Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson opens up about his amazing comeback--from tragic personal loss to thriving businessman and cable's highest-paid executive--in this unique self-help guide, his first since his blockbuster New York Times bestseller The 50th Law.

In his early twenties Curtis Jackson, known as 50 Cent rose to the heights of fame and power in the cutthroat music business. A decade ago the multi-platinum selling rap artist decided to pivot. His ability to adapt to change was demonstrated when he became the executive producer and star of Power, a high-octane, gripping crime drama centered around a drug kingpin's family. The series quickly became "appointment" television, leading to Jackson inking a four-year, $150 million contract with the Starz network--the most lucrative deal in premium cable history.

Now, in his most personal book, Jackson shakes up the self-help category with his unique, cutting-edge lessons and hard-earned advice on embracing change. Where The 50th Law tells readers "fear nothing and you shall succeed," Hustle Harder, Hustle Smarter builds on this message, combining it with Jackson's street smarts and hard-learned corporate savvy to help readers successfully achieve their own comeback--and to learn to flow with the changes that disrupt their own lives.

So I have read the book. Honestly I was halfway through when he announced how he felt about his son then I thought “how'd I continue reading this” . But I continued only because I was also curious to know about his business drives and motives and to understand why he does what he does .If you are interested in knowing about his life then this is the book . But there’s no real business value here. Nor any real substance to attain. Just basic business advice we’ve all heard before.

Not inspiring more degrading on how to win and discourage those around you in my opinion. A hood Classic on how to Sell out hard sellout harder In my opinion. Be ruthless to lose people in the process because of yourself. Then blame others what it should be called Had a son he will never take care of who is 22 the girlfriend who is 24 practically the same age as his son . We see financial problems he has constantly and legal as well in the media. We see the horrible relationship issues he seems to always have problems with in the media. The constant social media bullying. with others who he claims he is never the one to blame and the constant tearing apart of his associates Tony and Lloyd was in a whole chapter in the book . He picks them apart to destroy how they are as men to uplift how his business actions make him better than anyone around him . Especially if you were on his dream team . This books does describe how you will be successful if you are willing to destroy others to prove you are better in my opinion even if you have known them all your life .

Good Read . Book describes how to destroy others to show you are above them . Completely attacking Tony Yayo and LLOyd Banks characters in the book . No stranger in the media To attacking characters for which he did publicly shame Randall Ementt 49 and Lala Kent 30 as well for their affairs and relationships but the Curtis Jackson 44 does the same as Randall with the girlfriend Cubinlink 24 . He also humiliates his son 22 who he does not want to be involved with . Definitely a book on what to carefully observe when listening to someone who degraded people for something and then does the same as them but wants no one to say a thing .
