[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooler provides good insulation for transporting frozen or very perishable food item. But it lacks any support for an ice pack. This is very limiting, especially with food items that are not frozen and which would be harmed by contact with an ice pack. I cannot imagine ever using the shoulder strap. Unfortunately, while the strap is easily removed, the large, bulky attachments are a permanent part of the bag.

I’ve had cheap coolers form the grocery store work better than this. What am I paying for exactly other than the brand logo? I’ve melts quick, doesn’t seem to meet my expectations of hydroflask. I was very disappointed, I own twenty + hydroflask bottles and mugs and love them, was very bummed. Thinking I should have went with a yeti. Hoping I can get a refund or credit at the very least, this will not be used.
