Hurt my hand against a metal cabinet handle and it was horrible. Had a sample of the Muscle Therapy Gel and it was the only thing that helped me. Bought it right after.

My middle finger became swollen and couldn’t bend it until I applied Muscle Therapy Gel. Results began within an hour, and by the fourth day the swelling was gone and I could put my ring on plus bend my finger.

This is an effective muscle pain reducer readily absorbed into the skin with no rebound of pain or soreness. While I do not like perfumes in products the odor from this product is slightly unpleasant. It reminds me of valerian root which is great for putting your kids to sleep but such a smell as to waken you up!

Have just purchased this for first time. Relief after first use. One complaint it has an extremely unpleasant odor- not sure if this is usual or the product I received was possibly old & expired or this is just the way it is.
Not a good as "old" Muscle Therapy.

Older version better...they have decreased the percentage of ingredients in this "Muscle Therapy". The older (?) Hyland's Muscle Therapy had higher amounts of most of the ingredients and seemed to work better. This is still good, just not as good.

I have been purchasing Hyland's Muscle Therapy since 2016 when I injured my back. It worked fantastic!!! I told everyone I knew about it. That was when the packaging was green, it was 3 oz. and active ingredients weren't watered down by alcohol, water, etc. It was also a thicker consistency. The new Hyland's Muscle Therapy in the purple packaging is only 2.5 oz., it is a thinner consistency and it isn't nearly as effective. I stopped recommending it and am currently researching other products to use. It's such a shame when companies put profits before the quality of products they offer to their loyal customers. Too bad, it was good while it lasted.

I have been using this product for years, for myself, and with athletes at all levels of competition to speed healing of bruises and muscle strains. it's soothing, no smell, and compatible to use with/over kinesio tape for strains. if you participate in strenuous physical activity of any kind, keep some handy, and keep going!

Once I got uses to to new thickness of the gel I was able to get the accustomed good results. BUT the product comes out of the tube inconstantly and one must cut the tube open to get the last 4 or 5 applications.

Like most homeopathic remedies, Muscle Therapy with Arnica either works or it doesn't work, but if it doesn't, no harm is done. I have had good results many times. The gel can be rubbed in to your muscles and after a few minutes it is not sticky at all.

I have frequent pain in my calves and thighs from working and naturally tight muscles. ideally I should be seeing a masseuse everyday I've tried every product out there this stuff not only instantly takes the pain away after massaging it in but heels your muscles and the next morning the pain is gone. I cannot believe I have not heard of this stuff before now this product has no smell and simply disappears after you rub it in. I never take the time to write reviews on products but do yourself a favor if you have muscle pain order the stuff. My dad has the same problem and absolutely hates Bengay and Icy Hot I could not get him to try this until one night he was so sore he gave in and now we always keep a couple tubes around

I bought this gel for pain in my shoulder and bicep tendon. I applied it twice a day. Could not believe how much pain relief I got.....awesome!! But I also had extreme fatigue and headache. I stopped using it and other symptoms stopped. Tried it again and other symptoms returned. I'm very sad because it works so well.
