Okay. Leg cramps can be extremely painful. I tried Hylands, Magnesium, Theraworx, and drinking more water. These had minimal impact on the problem. Then I tried something different. I placed a down throw over my calves at night. That fixed the problem permanently. Next I searched for a light alternative for travel and found some down leg warmers that weigh practically nothing. Perfect. No more leg cramps.

This product is a lifesaver!! It totally amazes me how fast and effective it is. For years leg cramps were an almost nightly nightmare. Extremely painful and would come back repeatedly, leading to a lack of sleep and walking them off for lengthy periods of time. Then I found Hylands leg cramp pills. It was a miracle. They acted so quickly I was stunned. Now I never go to bed without having them on the nightstand. I have other people talk about leg cramps and I immediately tell them about Hylands. I had been awakened by leg cramps for years. I would get up and walk to try to get them to settle down. I even resorted to keeping a packet of mustard in my nightstand as someone told me that worked, and it did, but tasted awefull!! Then some one told me about the Leg Cramp tablets. I tried them and it was awesome! A couple of tablets under my tongue and the cramp goes away! Much better than mustard!!
