Buyer beware! Softgels contain WHEAT. I was so disappointed when I bought these, took them for two days before I realized something was giving me an adverse reaction. My fault I did not read the label correctly. The liquid has no wheat in it. So disappointed as the soft gels are so much easier to take. Please make them without wheat..

It says you should take it 3 times a day, I’m confused why sell a 30 soft gel bottle? Haven’t got to the price yet but quite sure it’s not cheap. That means a 30 count jar only last 10 days that doesn’t make sense

I bought these to help with my indigestion and gas. I've been dealing with this most of my life and I figured this would help. It definitely does. Taking 3 of these and a few good burps after eating and my tummy doesn't hurt anymore!

Admittedly, I also don’t eat as well as I should, so take this with a grain of salt in that respect. I took them but did not notice and improvement in any gastric symptoms. Maybe it needs to be a longer and more ongoing practice that you all need to add healthy eating to, but for me, no magic answer for bloating and constipation. They did not make me sicker, they did not taste poorly and they packaging was easy to use so overall not a bad product, just wish I saw more results. I was hoping to have a bloating before and after photo but was not able to get one that was noticeable enough.
