Q: can the ice be stored in the ice maker without the ice melting?

A: Hello, Patsy. Thank you for your interest in our product. The ice maker has no freezing function. While it does have an insulating effect, and cannot store ice for a long time. It is recommended to transfer the ice to the freezer.
