A: Amy, Blue Light exists in a medium outside UV light A or B. It's called the the HEX spectrum. Essentially, UV runs in the range of 180-380nm. This is what's called invisible radiated light. This comes almost exclusively from the sun. Blue Light runs in the 380-500nm range and would be classified as visible light. These glasses are designed to cover you properly during harmful daytime blue light use. They are roughly a 22-30% lens, as opposed to a night or dark blue light lens, which typically runs in the 40-44% lens.

Though we do not make any acetate frames in the Screen Vision line as of now, they are also plant based and regarded highly for hypoallergenic properties.
