I bought the 2.7 Oz icyhot max cream. I thought it would help me with my shoulder. But I must have gotten a defective bottle. It does not go on icy to dull the pain. Or get hot to relax it away. I have read the great reviews about this product. But it just did not work for me. I don't know why.

Two of those are water and aloe, the others are difficult to pronounce and require deep dive research to find the material safety data sheets for. Why?? Not on my body. I think like the other reviewers that I wasted my money. Fool me once.

Don’t waste your money on this. I’ve had chronic back pain for years which is manageable most times. This product hardly helped. Icy Hot original without lidocaine works so much better than this product.

I bought this product today because my other one icy hot cream was not hot at all it was when I purchased it three weeks later you can’t even feel it the new one I got today was icy hot Lanacane in a squeeze bottle also no heat no ice nothing it doesn’t help any of the pain at all I would not buy this product again and I look for something besides icy hot

I pulled a muscle in my back and it made it hard to work. I bought this cream and the patches to try plus I used a heating pad that I already owned. The patches weren’t worth a crap but the cream was helpful.

I have purchased several icyhot spray cans and just bought one today with Lidocaine. Of the last 4-5 cans including the lidocaine the either did not spray or sprayed a couple of times than quit. The Icyhot Max I got today didn't spray at all. Very disappointed.

Works great especially on over worked muscles of the back and calf’s. Sometimes it’s hard to fall asleep with aches and pains. This is perfect for relief especially before bed. I definitely recommend this to anyone. Not greasy once rubbed in correctly.
