These used to be great! Now there are always hard "nuggets" of potato throughout. And there is no longer a Fill Line - you'll need a measuring cup.

I know some people have strong opinions of instant mashed potatoes, but these are so great for a quick meal. I like using hot water from the kettle because I feel like they come out with a different texture in the microwave. I like the product and I order it often, but I will give it a second thought about ordering it from target because they ship them in a way that virtually destroys tears them apart. I almost always have at least one item in my order destroyed and at least one order that is not what I ordered and replaced with something I don't want.

You can make these taste really good by adding 1/2 evaporated milk and 1/2 water, a Pat of butter and Himalayan salt!!! The serving size is perfect! The shelf life is a bonus. Gonna stock up…lol.

These little potato cups are so delicious and make life even easier. I live alone and I don’t always want to make everything from scratch or have a ton of leftovers.
