Q: Why can't you machine wash this and hang to dry?

A: Hi Lucy, Why the bag has a leak resistant liner the outer fabric strap and body are not designed to be submerged in water. Please spot clean with diluted solution of baking soda and water. Cooler is well worth the price. Does not feel the most durable but after almost a year of consistent daily use it has held up incredibly well. Great size for a small to medium sized lunch, and keeps items cold for a good 12 hours with an ice pack.

Not sure if I got a defective bag or what, but I used it today for the first time and by lunchtime all of my food was warm (so 6:30am-12:30pm and yes I use ice packs) it’s cute and I like the size, but I’m better off with my smaller lunch box that actually keeps my things cold all day. There’s also already threads pulling off, and it would be nicer if the long strap was removable. And like I saw a few other reviews state, the straps look pink in the picture but they’re not.
Buy it, you wont regret it!

Bout this so I could start taking lunch with me to work, heard the reviews about the quality of the handles and threading coming loose etc. I haven’t had that problem yet. It’s a good size bag fit my aim lunch drink can and all my snacks, and I love my snacks. No complaints here don’t regret this purchase, and I really like the color.

This bag is very sturdy and very well insulated. So much so that I can’t squish it to fit in my backpack. It’s easy to carry, however, due to an handles and an adjustable shoulder strap. The inside is large enough to hold a couple ice packs, and 3 full-size Blender Bottles. I apologize, that’s my only frame of reference. The front pocket is large enough to hold silverware, napkins, and other small items.

love my new little lunch bag, she’s so sturdy and cute at the same time. super lined up on the inside so even when my frozen iced water exploded inside and flooded my lunch it didn’t drip or even get moist or damp at all. solid buy. worth the money.

I've had this for a couple of years. It's large enough to fit lunch with a couple snacks. I haven't had any durability issues and I'm not so gentle with it. I really love the overall look of it too. This is my absolute favorite lunch bag!

I’ve been using this lunch bag for a few months now and it’s still holding up. After reading some reviews of the handles tearing, I was hesitant to buy it, but mine have held up well and I haven’t noticed any tearing at all. I am careful while holding it because you can tell that the straps are not super durable, but I haven’t had any issues with tears.

I love this lunch box! It is very cute with the olive green and tan straps. The fabric feels durable. It holds a lot. I work for 12 hours or more so I usually have lunch, breakfast, and snacks, plus a water bottle or coffee mug in there. It all fits. It is a large volume bag so it takes up space.

I have used this lunch bag for 2 years and it’s holding up great. I use it everyday and even take it on road trips. It’s large but doesn’t feel bulky. The canvas is strong and zippers are easy to use. The front bag is a bit saggy but it works well. Holds a ton of food and Kees my ice packs cold for a solid 6-7 hours

The flap wouldn’t stay shut and the box is too small. I didn’t feel secure putting items in the front pocket. The color and design is nice.

Straps aren't pink, like they appear in the picture. It's still cute, but just got it from a pick up order and am just mildly sad that the straps are cream, as opposed to pink, which is what the pictures portray. I'll probably like the bag for sale of it's other qualities though.
