Tasty, but the casing seemed like plastic wrap so I removed it.

We apologize for any confusion! The casing on Impossible Sausage Links is edible and plant-based, and there is no need to remove it before cooking.

I just put them in a frying pan and had it with a salad. I just made these and they are too salty. We can’t eat them.

These are not good. Did not like the first bite. Tried it one more time. Threw all of them away. I feel like I can eat most things, but not these. Have been a vegetarian for 30+ years.

Husband and I made the spicy sausages in the skillet tonight and made loaded Dawgs with mustard, mayo, carmalized onions, and creamy Mac and cheese and they were incredible. They were the perfect amount of spicy, really good texture once cooked, easy to cook and really quick to cook. One of my new favorite impossible products. My husband had never had impossible products and this was his first time and he loved it and said we should definitely do it again.
Very tasty products: and healthier too!

I am a Wisconsin cheese head who loves brats! But my wife is on a restricted diet. We have loved Impossible Burger for some time and use it often. Tried your brats and give them an 8 out of 10. They are very good grilled, with normal condiments! And we will try the Italians next. Keep creating good products and recipes!

Three adults all had thumbs up. I browned them in the Instant Pot, added a cup of sauerkraut, and pressure cooked it on low for a couple of minutes. Are they just like German bratwurst? No, but they taste good and have good texture. We'll buy them again!
Pan fried this, but would love to try on the grill

Shockingly good! Had low expectations, as plant-based meat substitutes are so often disappointing. But this is really good!
Honestly Shocked

I am hesitant about meat substitutes because they have a tendency to be unconvincing. I still eat meat, but I tried the Spicy Sausage out of curiosity. If someone would have given these to me and told me that they're real meat, I would have believed them. They're definitely a little different on the texture, but the taste is pretty spot on. I'll be using these for Meatless Monday from now on, and I am thoroughly impressed!

I have alphagal syndrome and have been surviving on “fins and feathers” for over a year. Traveling is really hard since eating in restaurants is a challenge at best. Long story short, we were on a vacation and this was the first place we had ever seen the bratwurst so said, “lets try it”. Unfortunately for us, there was no grill so we did them in a frying pan. First observation is they left a lot of fat in the pan, not unexpected for bratwurst but the taste was off, not even close to bratwurst. It chewed right, smelled right but was not what I expected taste wise. May try again over a grill as pan frying was not the right answer.

Do not buy if you have taste buds!!! I opened them and my nose was hot with a very weird (bad) smell I ignored it and continued to cook anyway and then the taste was just as bad as the smell. I think I’ll stick with the beyond Italian sausage!!
Gotta have them on the grill!

I love the Impossible bratwurst, especially on the grill. The only issue I have is recently not being able to find them in any stores near me!!
Tried them 2 ways, with different results

I tried the sausages on their own with some mustard, and then in a bagel sandwich. They were MUCH better when used in the sandwich. When eaten standalone, they kind of remind me of British sausages - in which the meat is kind of homogenized and bland, without the pleasant course texture of US sausages - and actually kind of reminded me of their plant burgers. Had I not tried them in the bagel, I’d have rated them lower. I think they would really do well sliced up and stir-fried with vegetables, like you’d cook a kielbasa, or with cabbage and mustard or peppers and onions like a mettwurst. The spice level is good, not too hot or bland, I think most people who like spicy food would enjoy them. The only other thing is I wish they were lower in saturated fat. But it’s a good start to a reduced-meat diet.
Try them

I love them! My meat eating husband says they're pretty dang close to sausage. Sear them up and they're great.

These are amazing! I've eaten them on buns with all the toppings like a traditional brat and you can't even tell they are vegan. I've also used them to crumble and put in potato soup and other recipes. I buy these on a regular basis! Even my non-vegan husband loves them!
Delicious addition!

This product is very tasty and has a consistency that exceeds turkey based spicy sausage. However it is very hard to find. I purchased it once and have not been able to find it again. It seems it sells out quickly.
