The mirror came and it was not attached to the base. But it is attached by adhesive and I was able to straighten it out. It does battery operated which is not normal for impressions mirrors. The mirror itself is slightly curved and does not give a very good reflection. The adhesive base is questionable. Overall I'll deal with this as long as it lasts but I would not buy it again or recommend it to anybody. Probably why it's on clearance.
