The press bends, so the dough doesn't get pressed flat enough.I ended up with tortillas too thick to bend around a taco.

Should have read the reviews. Did not work, had to use a rolling pin after to get flour tortillas to the right thickness.

Feels super cheap. When you push down to flatten the tortillas it hardly expands them. Really disappointed, I was so looking forward to this purchase

Just spend more for cast iron. The Handel is made of plastic and bends and flakes off, because it can’t handle the pressure from the aluminum. On the first press, it popped and flaked off. Target refunded me thankfully, but just but a level up!

Great for making thicker corn tortillas. Works well for chalupas too. Presses dough out to 8", but can shrink a bit when removing from wax papr. Not ideal flour tortillas. Overall, good for corn tortillas.

Great mid-size unit for making tortillas. Some durability concerns, but at this price, it's worth it.

This is very low quality. First use and the base of the press broke. It also doesn’t flatten the dough without adding extra pressure. Low quality and low performing. Do not recommend.

I've been using this for a while now and I just noticed aluminum shavings in my tortillas. That is disgusting. Stay away from this tortilla press.

Lightweight and so easy to use! My 5 year old and I made our first batch of tortillas together and they came out so great! I’ve used a bunch of things from the IMUSA brand and I love all of them. We used our tortillas to make quesadillas and they came out perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Title says it all. The handle creates metal shavings as you press down. It also doesn’t make them anywhere near thin enough. Going to actually write the company because this is not safe for food use.

It feels loose and flimsy when pressing down. Tortilla is not consists throughout, comes out extremely thin on one side. I just wasn't a fan. Will be returning.
