I made a delicious yellow rice with shrimp dish, and I was impressed by how quickly the pan heated up despite its size. The rice and shrimp cooked perfectly in just 40 minutes without sticking to the pan at all. Although it's a bit too big for the dishwasher, hand washing it is a breeze. Overall, this pan is perfect for family meals, and I highly recommend it!

I especially love that it is oven safe at temperatures up to 500 degrees F! It’s easy to clean!! This is my new favorite cookware. I’d definitely recommend getting one!
