To remove the seat pad, you have to remove it from the frame, fasten the buckles on the seat restraint and seat pad. Fasten all hook-and-loop patches to the corresponding patch. Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry, using low heat.

A: Great question, If you do not select a timer setting 30,45, or 60 mins the unit uses a default time of 2 hours for auto-shutoff.

The gentle touchpad is the worst design on a baby swing. This is also not sewn well baby gets swallowed in the swing. Dangerous.

Swing is so jerky. Seems it will only do right if baby is still and directly in the center which is impossible because the swing seems to lean to the side. I wanted it because it takes up less space and can be somewhat folded. It's so irritating to use, if it's not moving and you turn it on, you may get lucky and it'll swing correctly.

It’s not safe as it tilts to the side and you can’t leave your baby in there safely, not worth the purchase and avoid buying it.

Very cute and convenient for small spaces because it folds. Unfortunately after only a few days of using it the music stopped working on it and that was my baby’s favorite part.

Swing does not work. Turns on for less than one minute and turns right off on its own. Batteries are in and so is wall adapter. So incredibly disappointed. I already put out the packaging it came in. Now I can’t return it. How inconvenient.

Des fois il se rallume aussi tout seul sans bébé dedans. La berceuse n'en fait que à sa tête ! Le son est médiocre voir horrible. Par exemple le bruit du vent on dirait une radio cassé. Enfin bref j'en suis extrêmement déçu.

Swing randomly turns off even when the light is green saying it’s on. The level is never the same everytime, level 4 will be so fast it bangs then the next day it’s barely moving. Got this on my registry been using for 1 month and now it won’t turn on… now I have no swing for my baby…

I bought my first swing Nov 20 2022. The swing died by Jan 5, 2023. I bought a second swing Jan 6 2023, the swing just died today Jan 19 2023. It's horrible. The retailer won't fix it with the protection plan said the manufacturer should cover it. I can not get anyone on the phone!

I have received my anyway swing . however I am missing a lot of pieces. I am missing the usb cable, the mural adaptor, the 2 screws and the vibrator ! So I’m very disappointed! I cannot assemble it without all the pieces !

All around just really poorly made and poor design. I loved the idea of a space saving swing. But this was not it. The swinging is jarring, The bassinet part holds the baby leaning to the left and they can easily fall out if they're not buckled in very very tightly. In general just don't buy it.

My sister bought this for me as a gift. The swing decided to stop swinging one day. And I can’t seem to get it back working, it swings while he’s not in it but as soon as I put him in the swing it stops. He’s not over the weight requirements. I wouldn’t recommend. My son just turned 4 months on 5/7/22

I got this swing because it's compact & folds up but it is horrible. It leans to one side & my baby is only 7lbs. It doesn't swing smoothly & jerks when it's swinging. It'll stop swinging periodically bc it can't get into a smooth motion & it needs to starts itself over, therefore waking up the baby. waste of money
