Q: how do you recline and keep it at that position?
A: Thank you for your question! On the sides of the seat there are two buttons. Press them both to adjust recline. Once in position release the buttons on the side and it should lock into place.

A: Thank you for the question! Seat pad – Remove from frame. Fasten buckles on seat restraint and seat pad. Fasten all hook-and-loop patches to the corresponding patch. Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry, low heat.

Q: I got this swing as a gift & I can’t figure out why it won’t play the music. I’m sure it’s just a push of the music botton . I have new batteries in it and it swings fine but no music. Is anybody else having this problem?
