A: Dear customer, Seat pad/Bolster/Headrest – Remove from frame. Fasten buckles on seat restraint and seat pad. Fasten all hook-and-loop patches to the corresponding patch. Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry, using low heat. Thank you

This item should never have been shipped in the retail carton, without an outer shipping box. When the item was delivered, the box was damaged and completely open. It is a wonder how all the parts were still enclosed. The item is nice.

It does the job and holds my baby in, however the box/ad is misleading I don’t even know what all of that is about. It’s a pain for anything other than holding my baby and when I do place my baby in it, it burns his leg! Do not purchase if you have the choice!

DO NOT PURCHASE. Doesn’t even deserve one star. The buckle area SUCKS. The straps aren’t even connected to the part that goes over the diaper. They’re just held by a Velcro once strapped and that eventually becomes undone. Don’t get this chair unless you wanna worry about your baby falling out from sliding down.

It’s not a bad bouncer. But the vibration auto time off is a PAIN. My little dude wakes up EVERY TIME IT TURNS OFF. otherwise, I have no complaints. Does the job.

I chose this "bouncer" as a welcome home gift for my son, and it's been a disappointment since my husband put it together. We have purchased two different brands of large C batteries ($20) for neither to work. It does not come on at all! The back stand is unstable and loose. This was very poorly made. I threw away the box, so I'm stuck with this thing.

Received as a baby shower gift, but this will definitely be a back up seat. It feels very cheap and was terrible to put together because of that fact. Please splurge and get a good quality seat/rocker.

Cute and practical. Hanging plushies do not spin on their own. Doesn’t swing only vibrates. My baby doesn’t like any of the features so I never turn it on. It’s annoying that anytime you want to pick it up and move it if you don’t hold it from the base it pulls out.

While it seems a decent option for putting down your infant, the price is a far stretch in comparison to the value. Unless I’m operating it incorrectly (which is very possible with a newborn, Ha!), it does not rock on its own. The vibration seemed to almost cause my son discomfort, but to each their own, right? When I purchased this, it was on sale and/or I had a coupon- but I’d never willingly waste what was clearly the “baby tax” on this item had I not been riding the high of pregnancy preparation well known as nesting. I digress…

Overpriced for the quality. This chair doesn’t rock on it’s own, the white noise is really scary and not soothing and the music played is loud and volume cannot be adjusted lower. The sheep on the seat is not tied to the chair so it’s really annoying having to adjust it all the time. I prefer the simple fisher price bouncer.

My partners parents bought us this, the bottom seats bars came warped so our baby sits uneven in the seat and the vibration is a little to intense. Not sure if the lower levels of head adjustment are supposed to lock in place but for whatever reason ours does not do this. We have had it for two days and are thoroughly disappointed. Fisher price chair is way more comfortable for our 2 month old and the vibration is way better.

The pictures are misleading, this is a bouncer that does not bounce. It only vibrates and plays music. It does not convert into a swing, nor a high chair. It was actually a waste of money.

First, the pictures above of it converting into a rocking bassinet is misleading. We just started using it and it seems to keep my kid happy so far. It is nice that you can easy transport it.

If I could give no stars I would. It does nothing besides play music. Also it’s very cheap and is poorly put together. One side of the legs is longer than the other causing it to tilt to the left very slightly. The mobile falls out and doesn’t click in all the way. Very disappointed. Wish I could return this for something else but was given as a gift. Don’t buy. Pointless.

Do not recommend at all!! Does not rock by itself, need to manually rock it. The vibrating, doesn’t really do much for baby. There is only one volume setting and the music is a bit annoying. The mobile doesn’t move, baby isn’t interested in them at all. Just an expensive chair

I really love this chair and so does my grandson. It sits him up nicely and we can lay him back and rock him by folding the flap down. I love all the sounds and songs it plays, and it gives him lots of room for wiggling around.

I really didn’t want to give any stars. Don’t buy this if you expecting it to rock because it doesn’t it only plays music and barely vibrates. I brought two for two different baby showers and when I was told by both expecting mother they didn’t rock i was very disappointed. Its a waste of money if you ask me. I do not recommend at all!

It worked for about 5 times and than the vibrate stopped working. The songs sound really bad when playing too but that was from the beginning i didn’t mind much. This thing works so she can sit for a bit while I shower but I’m very disappointed the vibration went out so quickly.
