The sauce packet included was enough to cover the chicken plus two regular sized bags of stir fry vegetables. The chicken has a delicious tempura outside and a soft inside, it is so good! This is a staple in my house for a quick and easy meal to make! The sauce was very good, very sweet, has no spicyness in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this chicken was a good portion size. it was plump and juicy and very fresh. the breading was perfect with no crumbs. the packaging was very modern and the instructions were easy to follow and it came out beautifully. it is very very spicy. if you like that, then it’s perfect! but for me, i couldn’t eat more than one bite because it was just way too hot. everyone is different, so you decide. the flavor is great, i wanted more but it is extremely spicy. my husband and 4 kids also said it was great but warned of the spiciness kick. it’s full of flavor, but full of heat!

The packaging is great, as always. You get plenty of chicken. I use two boxes to feed my family of five. The Crispy Honey Chicken is NICE! The chicken is definitely crispy and perfect. The sauce is this beautifully thick and sweet sauce. Extremely flavorful. The sweet chili flakes in the sauce adds a barely noticeable bite, but it makes all the difference. I really enjoyed taking a pause on our InnovAsian General Tso's(which we had a week ago!) to try their Crispy Honey Chicken. Another win at dinner time!

Flavor Profile: • Sauce: Classic American-Chinese orange sauce—sweet with a bright citrus kick and a mild ginger/garlic background. Not spicy. • Chicken: Mildly seasoned, juicy white meat. The batter can be soft if microwaved, so oven or air fryer works best to keep that crunch.

I have only known one Chinese restaurant that carries honey chicken and it was delicious. I was excited to see this flavor available! I have tried their other flavors and they were so-so, but this was DELICIOUS. This time I made the chicken by baking it in the oven, which made a big (positive) difference in the texture compared to the previous times I made the other versions. And yes; the sauce is very sweet but so is pure honey. I do agree there is no way this is three servings; it's two servings.

Chicken pieces vary wildly in size so some got burnt during cooking process. No piece was bigger than the end of my thumb. The box claims 3 portions at 170g each (so 510g total). I thought the amount of chicken i got was way too small for that so I weighed it. I got 241g of chicken. With ALL the sauce it still came to 454g. I'm missing ~60g worth of product...which doesn't sound like a lot to fuss about until you consider the sauce to chicken ratio is nearly 1 to 1. It was a gross amount of sauce too, nothing like what's pictured.

I enjoy Innovasian meals because I love Chinese food and this is a cheaper way of getting that (it also makes me feel less guilty about my eating habits). LOL. I really like the orange chicken flavor so I figured I'd try this one. I paired the chicken with white rice and sesame seeds. The sauce is really sweet (and may be too sweet for some). I think it helped to add a little yum yum sauce, soy sauce, and duck sauce.

The box states that this is three servings, and indicates that a serving size is 1 cup. I could barely fill up 2 cups. I’ve had to make an additional entrée because this will not feed two people, let alone three. Maybe it’s an appetizer?

Literally half the weight is sauce ( and was sickeningly sweet), 90% breading maybe 10% chicken, terrible taste, small portion, and in general super dry. We love quick and easy meals but this was a total flop. We ended up tossing it (and we rately toss anything!) Way better options/brands out there, this was like super bad gas station food.
