The manufacturer sent me this model as a replacement for the "Insta-Bed Raised 18" Inflatable Queen Airbed Mattress with neverFlat Pump, Beige" that lost air while under warranty. Unfortunately, this bed is terrible. Multiple guests tried out at differing firmness and all said they had sore backs and legs. Same for me. Quality wise, it's nothing but a plastic air mattress - no suede padded top - that comes with a flimsy mattress cover that they are calling a pillow top. BIG FAIL and very disappointing after using their other great product. I want the one I originally had. You will too. Don't buy this.

I love that the pillow top is separate from the inflatable mattress, however, storage wise the pillow top takes up more room then expected. On the bright side both items fit in the bag.
