The box was completely rancid. I had to throw the whole thing away. It’s a cheap item but annoying to purchase something and plan to use it and not be able to because it’s bad. Just unacceptable.

I've tried making regular brown rice but it's never turned out well. This stuff actually has a good texture and is fluffy, not to mention it tasted great. I will say that you do need to cook it a few minutes longer than what the directions say for all the moisture to be absorbed.

It's interesting why minute rice brown rice is 18 carbs per 1/4 cup serving but this brown rice is 34 carbs per 1/4 cup serving. I thought all brown rice was the same but maybe there's a difference I'm not aware of. Most people probably won't care but I have to watch my carbs for health reasons and I thought it was interesting.

Sloppy nutrition information. Service size is “1/4 (dry) 45g” for 160 calories, with 9 servings per box. 1/4 what? I’m assuming cup, but someone needs to fix this. That’s a big miss. The rice was also not very good, even for Instant.
