Love this cookbook and her other two. Great recipes that show you how to eat real food and cut out processed ones. There are recipes that all family members will enjoy. I use her cookbooks everyday. Definitely a cookbook I’d recommend for purchase, especially if your looking to incorporate more healthier ways of cooking.
