Started using a few weeks ago and it's been great. No stomach discomfort that occurs for some, the slow release seems to reduce afternoon/evening/overnight appetite while feeding a steady supply of protein to my muscles for recovery.

Does its job for sure, and I'm not here for "flavor," but good lord is this stuff terrible. It dissolves in water/milk like rancid chalk and ruins the taste of everything it touches. But it did help me see better results with weightlifting. So I mean yeah, it gets the pass.

It greatly compliments my regular whey protein which is a little too fast absorbing. By mixing it with casein I insure a rapid uptake and the slower release of this casein to prolong a positive nitrogen balance in my system.
