The Velcro tab isn’t strong enough for running at least not with a bigger cell phone (Galaxy or iPhone S). The band was slipping down my arm after a little more than week. I was terrified of my phone dropping and shattering into a million pieces as you can’t use a protective cover with this item. It’s easy to use the touchscreen thru the facing, though. Too bad it won’t stay put.
