Q: I purchased one of these and I have it plugged in on my laptop, Then in the morning, I put it ON and it is not working anymore. Am I supposed to tap the Connect button? Is this wireless?

We apologize for the issue you are experiencing and have a few suggestions that may help: Some Laptops/PC disable the USB when they go to sleep mode and do not always reactivate them Please try to unplug the number pad and try a different USB port Or do a full restart of the computer with the number pad unplugged, then plug it back in once the laptop is fully back on. This USB keypad works perfect for my data entry and makes my work flow much easier. Super easy to install, its like a plug and play kind of deal. Highly recommend for those who do a lot of data entry on laptops!

There is no hassle to setup, you just plug the usb into the side of your computer and voila. It provides 18 keys that are highly responsive, quiet and soft to the touch. It is comfortable on the wrist and minimize strain for long hours of use. This is very useful, I recommend it.
