I heard about this on a Huberman Lab episode. I often have racing, catastrophic thoughts throughout the day. Since I started taking this, in combination with Rhodiola, my brain is so much quieter. I can sit and rest and relax in so much more peace. I’m more efficient, I’m more present, and I’m more pleasant to be around. I don’t know if I can stop taking this now that I’ve started. It’s truly amazing.

I have been dealing with a couple of extremely stressful life events recently so I think that my experience is probably not as good as someone else’s who isn’t dealing with a lot of stress. I didn’t notice much of a difference while taking it but honestly there is only so much a supplement can do. I do not believe these were formulated for the kind of stress I’ve been experiencing. I would purchase it to try again after things settle down for me.

Cortisol is what rises when we become overly stressed, this lowers those levels without tiredness the next day. The only down side for me is they are in pill form. I prefer capsules or gummies when it comes to supplements. But overall a great product!

I tried the Cortisol Manager once daily prior to going to sleep. It is recommended to take 1 tablet before bedtime and increase it to two. I didn’t feel the need to increase it 2. I did not notice much of a difference. I felt relaxed my usual self. These are tablets I personally prefer capsules. I like to take my vitamins and supplements with food.

It has helped me feel calmer. I don't necessarily sleep any better while taking it. I would consider purchasing another bottle.
