Because the pillows are uneven

It was like a shag carpet versus being fluffy and soft.

This is super cute and very soft, but after a month I already have a hole at the seam. I noticed from the beginning that the seam was a little weak, but nothing that a needle and thread can’t fix!

The comforter is thin and not very plush—feels cheaper than it costs. The shag is pretty long, about 1.25-1.5inches long. The shag is not dense, you can see through the shag to where it is attached. It IS soft though. Sheds a little. Overall, it wasn’t the quality I was looking for and thus, I’m disappointed.

The quality is great, I have washed and dried it and it held its shape. I’m unsure of the value? Putting this blanket away until winter ❤️

But anyway the comforter right out the pack soft I shook it out to fluff it up and there is a lot of lent that come off it. I am going to wash it and see if some of that comes out. The weight of the comforter is a little heavier than I expected so I would use it more when it’s cold rather than in the summer since I’m in FL. Over all I like it I just wish I actually got the pink color that I wanted rather than gray.

My 8.5 year old has autism and is very picky about his blankets. He won’t use a comforter or quilt so he always just slept with 3 fleece blankets. As you can imagine those would get bunched up in the night. I wanted to find him a bigger thicker blanket that he could use on its own that was as soft as the fleece or more so. This is more so as fits the bill perfectly! The one side is almost like a slippery soft and the other is the shaggy side. Even the shaggy side is soft and not stiff. He curls up in this and sleeps all night long. It’s neither too hot or too thin. This isn’t a cheap blanket you’d find just anywhere. It has a great quality as well! It works in both cold weather and hot weather. He even loves the pillow cases, which is a new thing as he hated all pillow cases before. I would definitely recommend this set for someone looking for a good year round blanket that’s soft.

The color is vibrant, the pillow sham matches the comforter and adds to the style! There is no need to worry about being cold as this comforter will keep you warm no doubt! It was well packaged, seams are very well sewn. This set is very soft to sleep with and to the touch.
